Reporting a problem
Please include your macOS version, Puffin version, what you expected and the steps that led to the problem. If you include a screenshot, remove private information first.
Keep your secrets out of support emails. Never send passwords, API keys, authorization tokens, signing credentials or an unredacted mailbox export. A short description and fictional example are usually enough to start.
Account sign-in and availability
Puffin is currently in development. This website does not offer a public download. Public Google verification is still pending; the preview does not guarantee that any visitor can connect a Google account.
Security concerns
Send a short, private description to [email protected] with “Puffin Mail security report” in the subject. Start without credentials or sensitive attachments; we can arrange appropriate follow-up if necessary.
Privacy requests
For questions about data you sent to support, or applicable access or deletion requests, use the same address. For your mailbox and data held by other providers, the privacy policy explains local account removal, Google revocation and provider deletion controls.
